Capital University is pleased to announce its President's List honorees for the Fall 2017 semester.
Twenty-two BW students participated in the "Discovering Brazil: Country in Transition" study abroad program, a transformative three-week experience in Rio, Sao Paulo, Curitiba, Honey Island and Iguazu Falls, during the spring 2017 semester. The program provides an in-depth understanding of Brazil's economic and political development through study and preparation in the classroom before traveling to Brazil for hands-on experiences.

Students inducted into National Communication Association's Honor Society at Baldwin Wallace University
The following students achieved membership in Baldwin Wallace University's Epsilon Nu Chapter of the National Communication Association's Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society in the spring 2016 semester.
Meghan Yost and Gregory Marsono received the top awards -- the Daniel J. and W.J.K. Snyder Prize -- given to the graduating senior man and women based on leadership, character and scholarship, at the annual Student Awards Celebration April 22. In all, about 75 students received nearly 90 awards and prizes for their achievements in and out of the classroom this academic year.
Student choreographers and dancers created and performed a collaborative new music and dance project inspired by assistant professor of biology Dr. Karen Munroe's research on the social and mating behaviors of squirrels.

Nearly 2,200 community service hours -- impacting a host of nonprofits, communities and lives -- were volunteered by 87 students and nine staff during UA's 2014 Alternative Spring Break program March 24-26. The UA teams traveled to sites in South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Virginia.
